Atoz Watch and Jewellery Repair are based in Motherwell, where our workshop is run by a group of an accomplished watch and jewellery professionals. We have more than 100 years of accumulated experience between us — ranging across all aspects of the Watch and Jewellery business. From design and manufacturing to retailing, the experience shared by our watchmakers, jewellers and goldsmiths ensures an unrivalled insight and access to the best quality materials available.

We exclusively employ fully qualified watchmakers and have specialists focusing specifically on the world’s most prestigious and sought-after brands, such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Longines and Tag Heuer.

We are the official repair centre in the UK for a broad range of brands (see the full list below). This ensures that your watch and jewellery will be serviced, repaired and finished to the manufacturer’s standards every time.

We always strive to use original parts. In the case of vintage watches or rare pieces, where original parts are not available, we will always contact you before we proceed with any repairs.

We know the effect of excessive polishing and similar procedures can have on the value and appearance of high-end timepieces and we will always ask for your acceptance before performing any work on your watch. You can be 100% assured that our watchmakers and goldsmiths have a strong passion for their work and will treat your timepieces and jewellery with the respect they deserve.

To keep turnaround times low, so you only have to be without your watch for a short time, we do everything in our power to repair your watch as quickly as possible. We offer next-day-delivery, an online tracking system where you can check the progress of your repair and receive your estimates, a free call 0800 service in case you need to call us, and you always receive a full 1-year-or longer guarantee on all repairs.
All our services are fully insured through industry experts TH March. When you use our postal services your watch or jewellery is secured, and in safe capable hands, while in transit back you and at our premises.
