Based in the Glasgow area, we are perfectly situated to receive your broken watch quickly and safely. You can drop off in-person or join one of our many customers who prefer to send their watch securely by mail. We will keep you informed of our watch restoration process throughout.

Once we have replied to your form inquiry you then decide either to drop off your watch or post using our instructions.
You will be kept informed of your Seiko glass replacement and it will be returned to you looking as good as new.
• Seiko 7A** Quartz Chronograph Calibres – Parts for these models are no longer available therefore we do not accept repairs or offer support for these calibres.
• All 7T** models were only made for exchange so movements are now obsolete. We therefore do not accept repairs or offer support for these models with the exception of the calibres 7T04, 7T62, 7T92, 7T94 which are still available (At the time of listing).
• Seiko Automatic Chronographs (including 6138 , 6139). We no longer offer repairs to these calibres due to potential parts issues and the wear entailed.
• We cannot warranty water resistant any vintage Seiko watches.
